Exchange Policy

Sprinkles offers exchanges under the conditions below. We do not offer returns or cash refunds. Please contact us on WhatsApp before arranging an exchange or sending an item back.

Pakistan orders

You can request a size exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the eligibility conditions below.

UAE orders

Exchanges are available for an AED 50 charge. A rider will collect the original item and deliver the exchange. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange the exchange and confirm the details.

Other international orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders delivered outside Pakistan and the UAE, including the UK, US and Australia. If you are travelling to Pakistan with the item, we may be able to arrange an exchange. Please contact us on WhatsApp first; an exchange is not guaranteed.

Exchange conditions

  1. Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You may try on an item, but please take care to preserve its condition.
  2. Exchanges are available only for products purchased directly from the Sprinkles website, mobile site or app.
  3. All exchanges are subject to stock availability. We offer size exchanges only.
  4. Shipping and cash-on-delivery charges are not refundable.
  5. If we have agreed that you will send an item back yourself, pack it securely to prevent loss or damage during transit and use a reliable courier service.
  6. Please allow 24 hours after delivery for your order status to update in your Sprinkles account.
  7. Check the items and exchange details carefully when arranging collection. Our courier partner will collect only the items included in the agreed exchange request.
  8. If the items handed to the courier do not match the exchange request, we will investigate and contact you.
  9. Do not send an item back without first contacting us through our exchange process. Unapproved shipments will not be processed as exchanges.
